Bunch of ever so pleasant Americans (why
is it that all the people in bands are so nice? Really, everyone
I've ever spoken to has been great. Maybe it's because I normally
tell them how much I enjoyed their set? Next time I meet a band
member after a gig I'll try slagging them off and see how that goes :-)
Anyway, back to the plot, yeah, nice people, had to dash off to play
another gig in London (so they're hard working too!), once they got
their sound sorted out they sounded good, claiming influences of the Jam
and The Buzzcocks etc (Pete Shelley appears on a couple of tracks of
their EP, BTW). Hope SXSW goes well for them. Bigger pics
here (and sorry again for any crap
ones, I WAS going to go through them again but, well, you know. I
couldn't be arsed).
