As always they were really really
excellent, and the crowd was livelier than usual! I understand
they are playing Togfest in MK
later this year, should be just their thing, go and see them! I
tried to minimise the use of flash so sorry if some pics are a bit dark.
And after three passes through the pics I've managed to get down to
under 200 pictures so that's a start, my critical faculties are now worn
out. Thanks to the band for a great set (they always seem to be
enjoying themselves), thanks to Danielle for
driving and thinks to the
Wheatsheaf for
great beer (though I don't know if Steve enjoyed the "Jack o' Legs"
I gave him as much as the "Tapster" he had just kicked over :-)
However someone else driving meant I could drink the nice beer and this
means I might have to apologise to Gel. I bought a CD and was having a
little chat with him about
Spear of Destiny @ Rock City (who it appears I rated more than he
did, though we did agree that
NMA were good :-) and I
don't remember if we finished properly or if I just drifted off rudely.
If it was the latter, I'm sorry for being drunk rude.
Anyway, no smaller pics, these are small enough to start with. GO
SEE THEM!
