Beautiful Days!  18-20/8/2006

Another great weekend :-)  Anyway, in alphabetical order cos it's as good a way as any:

(Actually, a quick apology, I was using a couple of cards so you may find that pictures of a band aren't in chronological order, depending on which got processed (and I don't mean the old fashioned sort of processed there, before you ask) so I'm sorry, OK?)

Back to gigs

Alabama 3,  unplugged, supposedly, and very good, I was surprised.  Enjoyed it much more than last time....

Bleeding Hearts, Good to see them in daylight again, twice this year now!

Buzzcocks, one of the highlights of the weekend?  Very good anyway.

Chumbawamba Acoustic, who certainly were!  Fabulous...

Dan Donnelly, saw more than last year, and enjoyed it.  I didn't know he was a Fish Brother.  Worth seeing.

Echo and the Bunnymen, Wanted to see them too, wasn't disappointed :-)

Hayseed Dixie, lot of fun:-)

Hugh Cornwell, third time we saw him in a week, and he was still great!

Julian Cope, wanted to see him, however......

Killing Joke, saw probably the last half of the set and quite enjoyed it, better than the bin bag gig at Northampton anyway.

Levellers, The, I didn't actually take any pictures, that link will take you to last year (they look the same anyway :-).  There is a video somewhere tho.....

Neck,  seen them a lot (yes, they were at Blackpool too), always value for money.

Nick Harper, Wow!

People and the site - general pics

The Fabulous Good Time Party Boys Medicine Show Sunday Morning Prayer Meeting Revue, is that in alphabetical order?  It's under Prayer as far as I'm concerned.

Selecter and Subgiant, only a few of each, so I can't be bothered doing a page each....

Seth Lakeman, there's a lot of hype about him, and he lives up to it.  Excellent....
